Refund policy

At Snackezy, we take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality snacks. Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns. Refunds or cancellations are granted solely at the discretion of Snackezy. If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

✅ The package must be physically damaged upon arrival.
✅ A clear, uncut video of the package being opened must be provided as proof.
✅ The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund:

1️⃣ Email us at snackezyindia@gmail.com with your order details.
2️⃣ Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
3️⃣ Our team will review and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

1. Refunds will be issued only for damaged items. Taste preferences or minor packaging issues do not qualify.

2. In the case of an approved refund, store credit or a coupon code equivalent to the refund amount will be provided.

3. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellations will no longer be permitted.
